Adjust your desk by swiping the circular control handle or use the black controls for up and down.

Select presets for standing, leaning (using a stool), or sitting. Those presets are calculated individually for you regarding your personal height.

When adjusting your desk individually you may be asked to save the position as individual preset.

Our biological clock is triggered by daylight. That’s why we get tired in the dark. The SmartOffice lamp by Kesseböhmer delivers light that changes its colour just like natural daylight does in the course of a day. So Melatonin (the hormon we need for a restful sleep at night) is produced when you need it: towards the end of your working day.

In the morning the lamp provides a bluish light because science tells us, that blue light supports our efficiency.

All this works automatically. The only thing for you to do is to put in the timeframe of your working day.

Adjust start and end of your working day by the circular controls. If neccessary adjust the maximum timeframe in the settings menu.

Adjust your midday break by swiping one of the grey circular control buttons. Cancel your break by moving them to an identical position.

Use the controls at the top to switch to lamp control.

Select »Boost« for maximum power.

Select »Power« for an extended working day.

Choose your preferred workspace from your office floorplan. Once you have confirmed your selection your reservation is valid for one hour. Make sure you get your mobile into the Bluetooth range of your selected desk within this time frame. Otherwise it will be indicated as unoccupated again and a colleague may book the space.

Tap on a bookable desk of your choice. Zoom in with two fingers, zoom out with double tap.

Confirm your selection by one more tap.

Reservation is valid for 60 minutes. Once your smartphone has been recognized by the selected desk you are booked for the day.

Use Check-out in the settings menu to quit for the day thus offering your working area to others.
